We are more than a team. We are change-makers.
Our diversity is our strength. We come from different worlds – different ages, backgrounds, and life experiences – but we’re united by something far more powerful than our individual stories. At The Dementia Foundation, we don’t just work in care. We challenge perceptions. We reimagine possibilities. We see beyond labels and diagnoses to the vibrant, resilient human spirit that lives within every person we support.
Our team is a mosaic of passion and purpose. Some of us were drawn here by personal experiences, others by a calling to make a genuine difference. But we share one burning mission: to transform the journey of young onset dementia, one life, one moment at a time.
We don’t just work together. We believe together. We fight together. We create hope together. Every person at The Dementia Foundation carries a simple, profound promise: to illuminate the extraordinary potential that exists in every individual, regardless of the challenges they face.
