The Dementia Foundation

The Dementia Foundation is proudly governed by a Management Committee made up of experienced professionals who bring expertise in health, governance, finance, and advocacy. As a registered not-for-profit organisation, we do not have shareholders—our Management Committee ensures that every decision is made in the best interests of the community. This team provides strategic leadership, maintains financial accountability, and upholds the quality of our services. All profits are reinvested into programs that directly support individuals and families living with young onset dementia.

Holly Meijer

Group Executive Director
Holly leads key functions across the organisation, with a strong focus on financial strategy, governance, and operational oversight. With extensive experience in finance and a commitment to strong financial management, she supports the Foundation’s long-term sustainability and impact. Holly also contributes to leadership and mentoring, helping to develop future professionals in the field.

Brett Parker

Group Executive Manager, Strategy and Growth
Brett is responsible for setting the strategy and growth objectives for The Dementia Foundation. He leads the development of new business opportunities and manages the property portfolio. Brett leads governance and compliance across the group and provides external advisory services for special projects, contributing to the Foundation’s long-term success and sustainability.

With a dynamic experience across aged care and disability services, Jane is a professional accountant with an eye for detail and compliance with extensive experience in reconciliations taking pride in finding any discrepancies.
