How We Support NDIS Participants
We provide the following NDIS-funded services:
- Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- In-home Community Support

All supports are tailored to the cognitive, emotional and behavioural needs of younger people living with dementia — including those navigating complex symptoms such as executive dysfunction, memory loss, or behavioural changes.
Staff Qualifications & Training
All support workers meet or exceed NDIS requirements, including:
- Dementia specific behaviour and communication training
- Worker Screening and Orientation
- Medication, meals, manual handling, infection control
- Ongoing professional development
Every client receives a personalised support plan created with them and their carers, reviewed regularly, and adapted as their needs change.
