Our homes are designed around the people who live in them, recognising that everyone has their own interests, routines, goals and way of life.
Through dementia friendly design, assistive technology, welcoming colours and familiar spaces, we create comfortable homes where people living with young onset dementia can feel safe, confident and supported.
Every detail is considered to help residents maintain their independence, make their own choices, stay connected and continue enjoying the things that matter most to them.

Wildflower
Village
Western Australia’s first age appropriate residential village dedicated to younger people living with dementia. The first of its kind, the Village is the culmination of our vision to create a multi dwelling community that supports people at their stage of life in a safe and welcoming environment.
Located in a newly developed northern suburb, the Village offers modern, purpose built Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) rooms, with homes specifically designed for dementia friendly living and care.

By partnering with property developers, we’ve doubled our respite capacity and secured new purpose built homes for 2027 and beyond. This expansion means more families can access flexible respite and shared care, knowing their loved ones are supported in a safe, welcoming environment that respects their individual needs, routines and stage of life.
Our homes are located across regional and central areas, close to hospitals, essential services and local communities.
