What Being Registered Means

As a registered provider, we meet strict requirements for:

  • Participant rights and service agreements
  • Complaints and incident management
  • Workforce training and supervision
  • Continuous improvement and outcome tracking
  • Privacy, governance and risk management

We are audited by an independent NDIS approved quality auditor to maintain our registration and high standards.

How We Support NDIS Participants

We provide the following NDIS-funded services:

  • Supported Independent Living (SIL)
  • In-home Community Support
  • Behaviour Support Planning
  • Specialist Support Coordination

All supports are tailored to the cognitive, emotional and behavioural needs of younger people living with dementia — including those navigating complex symptoms such as executive dysfunction, memory loss, or behavioural changes.

  • Signed service agreements and consent forms
  • Incident reporting systems and whistleblower policies
  • Weekly Care Committee reviews and feedback sessions

Our internal processes are designed not only to meet compliance, but to raise the bar for what quality dementia care and support should look like in Australia.
